You may shop with or without creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. You may also sign in using Google if you choose.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information especially your name, contact details, and delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or other issues caused by incorrect information you provide.
We try to show accurate product names, descriptions, images, and prices. However, mistakes may happen. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the item you receive. Colours may also look different on your screen.
Prices, offers, and stock levels may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders where permitted by law, for example, if a product is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or we suspect fraud.

Payments are processed by our payment partner, Paystack. We do not store your full card or bank details on our website. By paying, you also agree to Paystack's applicable terms where relevant.
If payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, we may cancel or suspend the related order. We are not responsible for issues caused by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
We deliver orders through trusted delivery partners. At checkout, you may need to choose a delivery location or pickup point based on the options available for your address.
Delivery fees and estimated times shown at checkout are guides only. Actual delivery times may vary because of factors outside our control, including partner schedules, location, weather, or public holidays.
Once your order is handed to the delivery partner, delays or issues during transit are handled as reasonably as possible, but we are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.
Because we sell cosmetics and personal care products, opened, used, or tampered items generally cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photos where helpful. We will review each case and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Refunds, when approved, may be processed through the original payment method and can take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Our products are cosmetics and personal care items, not medical treatments. Results may vary from person to person. Please read labels and ingredient lists carefully. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, consider a patch test before full use.
We are not responsible for reactions, injuries, or losses arising from product use, misuse, or failure to follow label instructions, except where required by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site may be subject to the courts of Nigeria, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
